If you use the virtual staging demo, we also collect photos you upload for staging purposes.
We use your information to deliver reports, audits, advisory services, implementation support, and virtual staging demo access; process payments; communicate with you; and improve the Service. We do not sell your personal information.
Photos, documents, workflow notes, and other materials you provide are used solely to deliver the requested service. We do not use your content for AI training or share it with third parties except as needed to operate the Service. You may request deletion of your content at any time.
We use third-party services to operate the Service, including Supabase for authentication and database services, Stripe for payment processing, Vercel for hosting and analytics, AWS or Vercel Blob for file storage, AI providers for requested AI processing, and Google for OAuth sign-in when enabled. Each provider has its own privacy policy.
We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure authentication, and access-controlled storage. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
