By accessing or using xspaces ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
xspaces provides AI-powered virtual staging for real estate photography. You upload photos of rooms and receive digitally staged versions. The Service is provided on a subscription basis.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. You may cancel at any time through the customer portal. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Room usage limits reset at the beginning of each billing period.
You retain ownership of photos you upload. By uploading, you grant xspaces a limited license to process your images for staging purposes. We do not use your images for training or marketing without explicit consent.
You may not use the Service for unlawful purposes, to upload content you do not have rights to, or to attempt to reverse-engineer the AI models. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. xspaces is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
