By accessing or using Xspaces Pro ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Xspaces Pro provides paid research reports, diagnostic audits, advisory services, and AI implementation strategy for residential brokerages. The Service may also include access to a preserved virtual staging demo for real estate photography.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account or purchasing a product. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
Paid reports, audits, one-time services, and subscriptions are billed via Stripe. Subscription customers may cancel through the customer portal. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
You retain ownership of materials you provide, including photos, workflow documents, CRM exports, notes, and other business information. By providing content, you grant Xspaces Pro a limited license to process it for the requested service. We do not use your content for training or marketing without explicit consent.
You may not use the Service for unlawful purposes, to upload content you do not have rights to, or to attempt to reverse-engineer the AI models. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Xspaces Pro is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
